1-YEAR MEMBERSHIP
Membership cost is $45, or given free with a pre-tax purchase over $150. Only one membership can be issued per household per year. Membership cannot be transferred to another individual. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
REWARDS:
Rewards have no cash value, cannot be combined with each other and may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards. Rewards are not valid on existing orders and cannot be combined with pre-paid offers. PRC card and personal ID must be shown at time of purchase to redeem rewards. The $10 credit must be applied to a purchase on the same day membership begins, or it is forfeited. The 50% portrait sheet discount applies to list price. Frame not included with 16x20 canvas. Most locations now provide 16x20 printing on-site. However, if shipping is required for 16x20 framed portrait or canvas, only ground shipping is included. Member may elect to pay for expedited shipping. Value of $675 is based on list prices and assumes a 5-sheet purchase for 50% discount.
REDEMPTION:
Redemption period ends 365 days from initial sign-up or renewal date, and cannot be extended. When membership term expires, any unredeemed rewards also expire. Only one reward can be redeemed per purchase, per 30 calendar days. Each reward may only be redeemed on or after its corresponding purchase event.
Rewards to be redeemed in order, during separate, consecutive purchases. If you choose to not redeem a reward as scheduled, a purchase must still be made to reach the next reward.
RENEWAL:
A renewal membership can only be obtained during the member’s last month of current membership, or after 335 days of initial membership. If membership is current, even with spend of $150 on a subsequent visit during the membership period, member is not eligible for an additional free membership until the last month of the 365 days.
